What you will see on your dashboard
After you log in, the first page you will see is your dashboard. It gives you a quick view of the most important items.
- Your balance
- New announcements
- Upcoming events (community calendar)
Using the left-side menu
The left-side menu is how you move between sections. Depending on your community and what is currently enabled, you may see:
- Payments to view your ledger and make a payment (when available)
- Announcements to review past and current community announcements
- Violations to view any active violations linked to your account (when applicable)
- Documents for member-only files shared by the association (when available)
- Contacts for the association owner directory
- Community calendar to view scheduled community activities (when available)
Payments
The Payments section is where you can view your account ledger. Your ledger shows the charges and payments that have been applied to your account.
- Ledger History: a history of charges, payments, and balances
- Make a payment: start a payment when online payments are enabled for your community
- Set up autopay: schedule automatic payments
Note
Payment availability and options can vary by community. If you do not see an option to pay online, it may not be enabled for your association.
Documents
The Documents section contains private documents that are shared with verified owners only. If your community has not posted documents yet, this section may be empty.
Contacts and your privacy
The Contacts section is the association owner directory. It can show contact information for other owners in your community.
Your contact info is private by default
Your contact details are hidden by default. If you want your information to appear in the directory, you will need to update your profile privacy settings.
- If you want your information visible in the directory, update your profile to make it public.
- If you prefer to stay private, keep your profile set to hidden.
